Castagnabuona is the westernmost hamlet of Varazze, home to festivals and religious events that tell the story of the history and tradition of the area.
The village is renowned for its Sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Croce. Already a FAI Place of the Heart, this chapel is in fact a stop on many hiking trails, thanks also to the wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf that you can enjoy from here.
