With about an hour and a half of walk on a dirt road, from Varazze it is possible to reach the Sanctuary of Madonna della Guardia. A nineteenth-century construction owned by the Marquises of Invrea, from which you can enjoy a priceless view of the entire Ligurian coast.
Also known as the Madonnina del Caffè, the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Guardia is located at the top of Monte Grosso, in the Beigua Park, near the hamlet of Casanova.
